Arska's Prediction League
History
Arska is a finnish Wimbledon fan who used to frequent WISAchat back in the early days. He came up with the idea of a simple prediction league in which players would post predictions about Wimbledon games and be scored based on how close they were. I took over running the league in 2004, when Arska went off for national service in Finland, and I have continued it to this day.
Unfortunately, at the end of the 2012/13 season, just before the final game, WISAchat ceased to exist and so I have created this online version that anyone, Wimbledon fan or not, can join.
Playing the Game
To play the game, you need to log in. To get an ID you need to register. Registration is necessary so that I can identify individual players and let you make your own predictions. Once you have registered and/or logged in, you can go to my predictions and you will be shown a list of all eligible matches. You merely select the match you wish to predict and enter your prediction. You can predict up to 4 weeks in advance, and you can change your prediction up to the advertised kick-off time. If a game is postponed, your prediction will be retained and used against the rearranged time. You can, of course, change it if you wish.
Select current table to view the, er, current table. Previous tables are available, just select the match you wish to see the table for.
